Who We Are
Cleaning 360 is a Barcelona-based cleaning service founded in 2018 by Agata Letova. We started with a single team of three cleaners covering Eixample and grew to 12 cleaners covering the whole metropolitan area of Barcelona. Today we serve over 200 recurring clients — families, expats, Airbnb hosts, offices, restaurants and small hotels.
We are a registered company in Spain, fully compliant with Spanish labour law: each cleaner has a contract, social security registration and civil liability insurance. We provide every client with a VAT-included invoice on request.

How long has Cleaning 360 been operating?
Since 2018. We are a 8-year-old Barcelona-based cleaning company.
Are your cleaners on Spanish contracts?
Yes. Every cleaner has a Spanish work contract, social security registration and is covered by our civil liability insurance. We do not work with day labourers.
Do you provide invoices with VAT?
Yes. On request we issue a VAT-included invoice. This is important for B2B clients and for personal income tax deductions where applicable.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
We come back within 24 hours and re-clean the affected area for free. If the issue cannot be resolved that way, we discuss compensation case by case.
Where are you based?
We are based in Barcelona and serve the whole metropolitan area, with main coverage in Eixample, Gràcia, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Les Corts, Poblenou, Ciutat Vella and Horta-Guinardó.
