How we price
We price by the square metre, not by the hour. The price depends on the floor area and the type of cleaning, not on how long the crew takes, so you know the figure before anyone walks in: maintenance from 2.20 €/m², deep cleaning from 2.50 €/m², post-renovation from 4 €/m². Minimum order 50 €.
Every format includes:
- wet cleaning;
- dusting surfaces;
- dishwashing;
- ironing (the one task billed by the hour).
If you need any additional tasks, we will discuss them and agree on the price before starting.
