What We Don’t Do
We are honest about scope so you can plan around it:
- Moving heavy furniture — we clean around large items. If you need a piece moved (e.g. before a deep refresh), tell us in advance so we bring extra hands.
- Mould remediation — surface mould we wipe down; structural mould (behind walls, ceiling stains) needs a specialist.
- Garden work — we sweep terraces and patios, but plant care, pruning and lawn work are a separate trade.
- Pest control — we report what we see and use eco products that don’t disturb pets, but we don’t fumigate.
- Heavy construction debris — for post-renovation, we handle dust, paint, plaster and adhesive. Disposal of large debris (broken tiles, wood off-cuts in bin bags) is included only if listed in the agreed scope.
- Outside-window work above first floor — we wash interior glass and ground-floor exterior windows. High-rise façade work is handled by our partner with the proper safety equipment (we can arrange).
