FAQ About Cleaning Prices
Our 20–25 €/h includes products, supplies, travel, supervisor visits, liability insurance, factura with VAT on request, and the quality guarantee. Companies advertising 15 €/h often charge those extras separately, plus VAT, plus travel, plus product fees. The final per-hour cost ends up similar or higher — but with surprises.
Quoted prices in this list are net (without VAT). VAT 21% is added on invoice for companies (mandatory). For individuals, VAT is included in the price by default — we’ll tell you on the quote.

For hourly clients: you pay for actual time worked, with the agreed cap. If it might exceed the cap, we call you mid-visit to confirm before continuing. For fixed-price jobs: you pay the fixed price, regardless if we finish faster or slower.
Within Barcelona city — yes, included in the rate. Greater metropolitan area (Hospitalet, Badalona, Sant Cugat, Cornellà, Esplugues, Gavà, Sitges, Castelldefels) — small surcharge of 5–15 € per visit depending on distance, included in the quote upfront.
