User Agreement

Welcome to Cleaning 360 Barcelona ("Company", "we", "our"). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Barcelona and surrounding areas. Specific scope, price and date are confirmed at booking or in a written proposal.

2. Booking and payment

Orders can be placed online or via phone. Prices are shown in € and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment methods: cashless card payment or other methods indicated on the website.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the visit free of charge. Later cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the visit price.

4. Access and safety

You must provide safe access to the premises. Hazardous conditions must be reported in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.

5. Liability

We are liable only for direct damages proven to be caused by our staff’s actions and capped at the cost of the provided service. We are not liable for pre‑existing defects and normal wear.

6. Personal data

We process personal data under the Privacy Policy available on this website.
