What’s in Every Visit — Standard Products

Multi-surface cleaner

Brand: Eco-certified concentrate (we order industrial 5L jugs to reduce packaging)
For: Kitchen counters, bathroom surfaces, dining tables, desks, light wood and laminated surfaces
Why: pH-neutral, no aggressive solvents, food-contact safe (kitchen surfaces), no fragrance overload

Bathroom cleaner (limescale)

Brand: Citric acid-based descaler
For: Tile grout, glass shower screens, taps, toilet
Why: Effective on limescale (Barcelona water is hard) without ammonia or chlorine. No fume.

Glass cleaner

For: Windows, mirrors, glass partitions
Method: Often just pure water + microfibre cloth + squeegee for clean glass; eco-certified glass cleaner for dirty/stained
Why: Streak-free, no ammonia (which can damage tinted/low-emissivity glass)

Floor cleaner

For: Tile, marble, parquet, polished concrete
Selection: Different product per material. Parquet = pH-neutral specific. Marble = pH-neutral, never acid. Tile = standard floor cleaner.
Why: Wrong product damages floors permanently (acid etches marble; aggressive chemistry strips parquet finish)

Disinfectant

Brand: ECHA-registered virucidal/bactericidal (alcohol-based or chlorine-based depending on use)
For: Bathrooms, high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, intercoms), medical practices
Why: Real disinfection, not just cleaning. Required for certain jobs (medical, post-illness home).

Cloths and equipment

• Microfibre cloths — colour-coded by zone (yellow = bathroom, blue = kitchen, green = general). Replaced regularly, washed at 60°C between uses.

Our Disinfectants Are ECHA-Registered

For medical practices, dental clinics, hospitality and post-illness home cleaning, we use disinfectants registered with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). This means:

• Verified efficacy against specific virus and bacteria types (we can show the registration number for any product on request)
• Approved for professional use in healthcare environments
• Safety data sheets available for all clients (especially important for medical practices and offices)

For Legionella disinfection in centralized AC systems, we use specifically approved products with full traceability documentation.

Products We Never Use in Your Home

Honest list of what we avoid:

• Bleach (chlorine) — except for very specific disinfection cases. Aggressive on most surfaces, harsh on lungs, kills beneficial microbes.
• Ammonia — damages tinted/low-emissivity glass, strong fume, irritates lungs.
• Acid descalers (vinegar, hydrochloric acid) — etch marble, calcium carbonate stones, aluminium, certain metals.
• Heavy fragrances — common complaint we hear from clients leaving previous providers.
• Aggressive solvents (acetone, white spirit) — on regular surfaces. Used only for specific stains in controlled doses.
• Single-use plastic packaging in standard work — we order 5L industrial jugs and refill our spray bottles.

Our Eco-Friendly Approach

Cleaning is inherently chemical work — but it doesn’t have to be wasteful or harmful.

• Concentrated products — order in 5L industrial jugs, dilute on-site. Reduces packaging waste by 80%.
• Reusable cloths — microfibre lasts 200-500 washes before disposal. Far better than disposable wipes.
• Water economy — pure-water glass cleaning uses minimal water; modern injection-extraction for upholstery uses controlled amount.
• Local-first sourcing — most of our products are EU-manufactured, often Spain-made.
• No plastic single-use in standard kit — refilled spray bottles, refilled mop solutions.

We’re not perfect — some specialist work requires single-use products or aggressive chemistry. But we default to the eco option whenever it works.

Bring Your Own Products

If you have a specific brand you trust or specific products you want us to use:

• Tell us when booking — we’ll use what you provide
• No discount on the rate — our rate covers labour and equipment, products are usually the smaller part
• We won’t refuse unless the product is dangerous to our team (we won’t use undiluted bleach for a regular surface clean, for example)
